By accessing or using the ePaaS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ePaaS provides a digital product distribution platform that enables:

• Resellers to sell digital products across multiple channels
• Suppliers to distribute their products through the ePaaS network
• Access to catalog management, pricing tools, and transaction processing

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for the Service are as described on our Pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time.

• Transaction fees are deducted from sales proceeds
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ePaaS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ePaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
